The Beatles Unreleased Recordings CANCELLED!

The Beatles Unreleased Recordings CANCELLED!"….well she was standing at the station, with a bootleg in her hand"

I’m sure when Paul McCartney wrote those words (Hi Hi Hi) he was hinting at how common bootlegs were, even in 1972.

Being for the benefit of bootleg collectors ‘The Beatles Unreleased Recordings CANCELLED!’ by Mr. Kite is the definitive collection of almost every Beatles bootleg album available on vinyl.

The book contains 1,088 different albums listed alphabetically and gives a complete track listing of each and includes photos more than 600 of them.

An excellent Song Index is included, making it very easy to locate what albums each track is available on and one song that caught my attention was ‘When it gets to Suzie Parker everybody gets well done’.

As well as all the regular ‘live’ albums available, this book lists live recordings from Tokyo, Munich, Rome, Australia and even the Candlestick Park.

If you’re a serious collector of bootlegs this book is a must. You may think you have them all - just look at this book. From an Irish angle there’s three songs of significance on various albums ‘Give Ireland back to the Irish’, ‘The luck of the Irish’ and ‘When Irish eyes are smiling’.
