George Harrison
was once famous for more than being viciously attacked
in his Henley home. Not only was this reluctant celebrity
a member of the greatest group of all time, introducing
the West to the spiritual subtleties of Indian music
in the process, but he was also a pop star in his
own right.

has an amazing family tree that goes way back to the
13th century when the Harrison's ancestors, who were
Norman Knights from France, settled in Southern Ireland.

was born on 25th February 1943 at 12 Arnold Grove,
in the Wavertree area of Liverpool, to Louise and
Harold Harrison. The new baby had two brothers, Peter
