Jason StarkeySecond son of Ringo Starr and Maureen Cox. Jason was born at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital in London on 19 August 1967 and it was his mother who chose his name.With less of a public profile than his older brother, Zak, he became a road manager for a time and then took up drums in the footsteps of his father and brother, although he was not as successful as either.He was once to comment: ‘Being Ringo’s son is the biggest drag in my life.
